For more than 30 years, I have specialized in creating learning environments and tools for individuals and groups aspiring to personal and professional growth. Drawing on insights from science, and wisdom traditions, my goal is to assist you in addressing truth, identity, and purpose for a healthier and more integrated life. With a solid background in Bowen Family Systems Theory and a holistic approach to the human phenomenon, I help groups navigate their thinking and exploration around principles, purpose, and well-being by integrating theory and practice. I believe this is part of an empowered way of defining one’s self in relation to the world.
My approach is rooted in the belief that individuals, families, and professional systems can shift to higher levels of functioning and balance as they become conscious of their particular roles and responsibilities. It is about learning to observe and the interconnectedness of people, principles, and processes.
Listening is my gift. I often hear what is not being said. I ask questions based on the unspoken narrative - the spaces in between - to help you navigate your path. It is my belief that there are many kinds of knowledge—that perception matters, and that facts are essential. I light up when creating and sharing content that explores both the spiritual and the material aspects of being human. Read more about my philosophy here.
I currently live and work in Stockholm, Sweden.
