This group coaching program serves women in various unique transitions and different phases in life who have identified their empowerment in three specific areas or “dormancies”—truth, identity, and manifesting one’s true aspiration or calling in life — as critical to their path forward.
The nine-week-long online coaching module (90-minute sessions) assists women in gaining more clarity about their truth, identity, and service to the world, including but not limited to career and profession - according to their life principles and in the company of other women. The program uses a framework inspired by Bowen Theory and The Oneness Model © and provides a robust foundation for addressing one’s challenges and opportunities for growth. The sessions are a mix of presentation, consultation, interactive elements and reflection.
Each participant receives a complimentary half-hour individual coaching session between weeks 8 and 9 to get feedback on the culminating product: a plan for continuous learning and action addressing their particular aspirations. Questions and assignments will accompany each session. The materials are mostly in English.
This module, the first in a series, uses insights from two models aiming to evolve understanding of "the human phenomenon" from evolutionary perspectives and with practical tools, so that you can address your particular knowledge of being. Bowen Systems Theory offers principles for thinking about human behavior, and the interconnected emotional systems at all levels of society, starting with the family. The Oneness Model © identifies belief patterns that hinder growth as well as those that support our evolution. It looks at our primary design and purpose as spiritual beings.
2026 modules will be posted soon.
The program is in English (Tuesdays) and Swedish (Thursdays) and is open to all women 18 and above.
